Open Mat Nights are a great way to see the Ridgefield Youth Wrestling Program in action and introduce your child to wrestling. Come check out the fun and excitement! Our Open Mat Night is on:

October 25th 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM
October 26th 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Located in the Auxiliary Gym in the Ridgefield High School.

No RSVP or uniform required.
Please wear t-shirt, shorts, and socks.
